The Enphase IQ8HC-DOM is a high-powered microinverter mounted beneath every individual panel, converting DC power at the source for maximum efficiency. Because it functions independently, shading on one panel does not drag down your entire system. Furthermore, IQ8 microinverters can produce limited power during a grid outage, even without a battery.
